To make sure you get the best online banking experience for your type of business, our new online banking system is made of two platforms: Sunwest Corporate Online, and Sunwest Small Business Online. Depending on the type of company you have and the services you need to utilize, we will put you in the system that fits you best.

  • Secure Messaging provides a secure email inbox within online banking, which will allow you to send and receive secure emails to our client service representatives. You can rest assured your account information is and will remain private.
  • Corporate Online and Small Business Online mobile apps give clients an easy way to access online banking on their mobile devices with all account information displayed clearly and simply. (Please note that our new mobile banking app must first be downloaded from the Apple® Store or Google® Play Store. Just search for “Sunwest” to find it.)
  • Online Administrative User Controls allow you to designate online administrators and users for your accounts.
  • Mobile Check Deposit – Deposit checks safely and securely into your checking or savings account using your iPhone®, iPad®, or Android® devices.
  • Multifactor Authentication for Sensitive Transactions – Allows business clients the ability to transmit ACH and wire files securely without the need for a physical token.

Yes. All of your current account numbers will remain the same.

Will there be a period of time I do not have access to my funds due to the systems conversion?

We do not anticipate there being any time you will be unable to access funds by debit card or by check.

Will my current direct deposits and automatic transfers be affected?

Since your account number is not changing, all current direct deposits and automatic transfers will continue to proceed normally.
