Raymond Rindone
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Raymond Rindone is the EVP, Chief Financial Officer at Sunwest Bank. He brings over 30 years of expertise in accounting, finance, treasury, strategic planning and investor relations. He has a proven track record of driving profitability improvements, leading strategic and financial transformations and managing large-scale acquisitions.
Prior to joining Sunwest, Raymond was most recently the Deputy Chief Financial Officer & Head of Corporate Finance at the Banc of California, where he led key financial and accounting workstreams related to the $1.0B transformational acquisition of PacWest Bank. Previously, Mr. Rindone was Deputy Chief Financial Officer at City National Bank, where he led the evolution of the Financial Management team as the Bank grew from $14B in assets in 2006 to a premier commercial and private bank, with over $95B in total assets and $100B in wealth assets under management and administration.
Mr. Rindone holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is an active board member of Los Angeles Conservancy, a nonprofit membership organization that works through education and advocacy to recognize, preserve, and revitalize the historic architectural and cultural resources of Los Angeles County.
