Wire Specialist (SWB232) – Irvine

Wire processing via Wire Xchange and Wells Fargo systems; provide excellent customer service via telephone by assisting branches/various departments with requests and inquires in a timely manner; process assigned back-office operational tasks within assigned time frames on a daily basis;delegate quarterly “Wire Security Codes” to branches; assist management with reports and research pertaining to wire volumes and statistics. Minimum of two years banking experience with incoming and outgoing wires and back-office operations; experience in researching and resolving basic to complex problems; knowledge with Fiserv Core; basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
