Branch Support Supervisor (SWB229) – Irvine


This position will be responsible for the daily processing of back office operational tasks within assigned time frames; will oversee the production and processes of the other staff members in the Branch Support Department; Reviews daily work of other team members; provides approvals in accordance with established limits; coordinates daily flow of work, tasks and functions processed by bank personnel making sure all deadlines are met; maintains intricate working knowledge of products and services offered by the Bank; maintains Bank’s IRA/HAS database of accounts and files, acting as the Bank’s IRA Administrator; manages legal processes for the Bank, ensuring all deadlines are met; perform functions in the absence of the Branch Support Manager. Minimum five years of experience in a commercial bank back office environment with proficient knowledge of the Fiserv System.
