Online banking and statements must be maintained to avoid the monthly $5.00 fee for paper statements. Includes three linked accounts. After the first year, Clear Corporate Checking annual fee will apply. Must specify if another checking product is preferred. Not available for accounts on analysis. Subject to Sunwest Bank’s standard approval and underwriting guidelines.

Clear Corporate Checking

ANNUAL FEE – $349.00
(Collected at account opening and on account anniversary each year.)

  • Up to 3 Linked Business Accounts
  • Up to 5 Domestic Incoming/Outgoing Wires Per Month

NO CHARGE FOR:

  • Deposits & Check Writing
  • Online Bill Pay
  • Monthly Remote Deposit Capture Service
  • Mobile Deposits

 

  • Telephone Transfers
  • Stop Payments
  • Notary Services
  • Cashier’s Checks

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS ON OTHER SERVICES SUCH AS:

  • ACH Origination Module – Monthly maintenance $25
    • Free ACH Origination per item
    • No Batch Fee
  • Discounted Remote Deposit Scanner, Single Feed – $300 or rent for $25 a month.
    • Client may provide their own compatible RDC machine
    • Single feed remote deposit scanner rental will be waived for balances over $250,000

Online Banking and eStatements must be maintained to avoid the monthly $5 fee for paper statements. Includes 3 linked business accounts. Domestic incoming/outgoing wire transfers must be originated online to be included above. Not available for accounts on analysis. Subject to Sunwest Bank’s standard approval and underwriting guidelines. A $500 minimum opening deposit is recommended, but not required.

  • Check Printing – Varies
  • Deposit Correction – $10.00 each
  • Foreign Item Collection – $40.00 + Costs
  • Legal Process – Minimum $100.00 each

  • Photocopy or Check Copy – $3.00 each copy
  • Paper Statements – $5.00 each month
  • Returned Deposited Item/ACH – $15.00 each

WIRE TRANSFER:

  • Incoming Domestic/International – $20.00 each
  • Outgoing Domestic – $20.00 each

 

  • Outgoing International – $40.00 each
  • Return Wire Request – $30.00 each

Overdraft Fee and Returned Item Fee – $35.00 each
