Donald Satiroff is the EVP and Chief Banking Officer at Sunwest Bank. Mr. Satiroff joined Sunwest Bank in July 2020 as SVP/Arizona Market President and was subsequently promoted to EVP/Chief Banking Officer in June 2021. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial lending and executive management with major financial institutions. In his role at Sunwest, Mr. Satiroff oversees the banking division which includes SBA lending, commercial real estate, treasury/ deposits, branch banking, solar lending, HSA solutions and HOA banking.

Prior to joining Sunwest, Mr. Satiroff served as the Senior Vice President and Regional Head of BMO Harris Bank. Previously, he was Vice President, Commercial and Consumer Banking at Nebraska State Bank and AVP, Commercial Banking at First National Bank of Omaha.

Mr. Satiroff earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Creighton University as well as an MBA in Accounting from the University of Nebraska. He also is a graduate of the Colorado Graduate School of Banking. He is a board member of the Phoenix Zoo and the Phoenix Diocesan Catholic Schools Board. Mr. Satiroff resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and four children.
