BSA Analyst (SWB143) – Irvine

Comprehensive knowledge with BSA/AML-related laws, regulations and guidance. Monitor cash activity reports for accurate cash aggregation; review CTR’s prepared by the branches for completeness; process any CTR correction notices for the IRS; perform timely BSA E-Filing transmissions of CTR’S; monitor for and report on CIP exceptions; review OFAC suspect match results, validate false positives and report hits; support branch personnel with regards to BSA/AML/OFAC/CIP issues and questions; perform Enhanced Due Diligence on high risk customers; Perform research an AML SACR detection; assist with investigations by using various internet sites, Lexis/Nexis or other applicable tools as they become available; prepare and facilitate monthly BSA compliance in-house branch BSA training; prepare administrative reports for BSA Officer as needed; scan filed CTR and SAR documentation into Bank’s central file. Strong professional skills with emphasis on planning and organization. Strong knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and overall Bank products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with FiServ desired.
