Cash Management Specialist/Wire Specialist (SWB137) - Irvine

Handle new client set-up on cash management services, inquiries, problem resolution and requests to support the bank’s Cash Management clients with electronic/online banking products and services, including ACH origination, merchant check capture, sweeps, account analysis, lockbox support and other business banking products.  Process incoming and outgoing wires. Verify funds, approved signers, maintain logs and balance with Finance on a daily basis. Minimum 2 years prior banking experience. Extensive knowledge of Fiserv system, online banking and cash management product knowledge, and New Accounts experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills.
