Cash Management Supervisor (SWB136) – Irvine

Provide operational and customer support to the bank’s Cash Management clients that are heavy users of electronic banking services including online banking, ACH origination, merchant check capture, wire transfers, sweeps, analysis, lockbox support and other business banking products and services. Requires sharp analytical skills and a background in operational risk management to evaluate and balance the needs of the client with the risk tolerance of the bank. Strong knowledge of operational controls as well as ability to coordinate the work assignments of others; will be responsible for meeting processing deadlines as well as coaching and training other employees. Prefer previous experience with Fiserv/ITI Premier and e-Corp online banking applications. Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
