Senior Client Service Representative (SWB249) – San Clemente


Performs all duties associated with opening all types of new accounts, and well as all daily teller transactions, cash handling, ATM balancing, and daily reconciliation.  Responsible for completing all types of client transactions concerning existing accounts in an accurate, courteous, and efficient manner.  Knowledgeably addresses client questions and concerns.  Identifies opportunities for cross-selling services and products and makes appropriate referrals.  Responsible for performing the duties associated with opening all types of new accounts, including customer identification procedures (CIP), legal documentation, and callback process.  Minimum 2  years experience as a teller and New Accounts at a financial institution.  Strong verbal and written communications abilities. Familiarity with Windows-based personal computers.  Must have fundamental mathematical skills.
